Do you spend a lot of money on vitamins and supplements each month? You can save lots of money, if you simply make your own at home. A vegetable juice is an option, but something that is fun for adults and kids homemade chewable vitamins.

Making homemade chewable vitamins is easy to do and is a lot like making jello. No sugar is used, but they will taste sweet or sour depending on the ingredients that are used. Honey is an ingredient as is any type of fresh juice except pineapple. Make sure any vitamins you use are powdered. You can use a spice grinder if needed.

A suitable mold will be needed for your homemade chewable vitamins. You can use an ice cube tray or any type of candy mold depending on what you prefer.
