Do you enjoy having a donut for breakfast or as a tasty snack? There are a lot of problems with donuts that you can buy at the store or from a local bakery. The most obvious reason is most are deep fried. If you want a healthier option, then you need to make oven baked blueberry donuts.


The best thing about oven baked blueberry donuts is you only need a mixing bowl and a donut tin. All of the ingredients you will need might already be in your kitchen. The one ingredient you may need to go to the store and buy is a low-fat vanilla yogurt.

Fesh blueberries will be the best way to go when making oven baked blueberry donuts. However, you can use frozen blueberries too. Simply bake the donuts for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Wait for them to cool a bit and enjoy with a cup of milk or some coffee.
